Transport in time when you step through the door.
The floor of the vestibule is tiled with the hand-laid mosaic. The inner door swings on ball bearings and houses leaded beveled glass that matches the side-lights. The ceilings of both the vestibule and entry are coffered and of quarter-sawn "tiger" oak. The same wood was used for the wainscoting, stairs and balusters for the entire three stories. The stained-glass window, located in the stairway, was commissioned by the Denny's and features Apollo, god of music.
